Description
In the ice sauna, the body is exposed to temperatures as low as -110 °C for 1-3 minutes. The extreme cold stimulates circulation and blood flow, promotes regeneration and strengthens the immune system. The treatment takes place in special protective clothing and provides a refreshing, revitalizing feeling.
