PRACTICE YOUR INDEPENDENCE & RESILIENCE WITH YOUR PRESENCE
Dear friends & those curious about Kundalini Yoga,
I often come out of a 90-minute Kundalini Yoga session with more ease than when I went in. Thanks to the body and breathing movements, thanks to meditating on being in the now, thanks to the sound of mantras, thanks to letting go of excess. In short: thanks to time for myself.
The session is an offer based on this experience, take time for yourself.
Of course, taking time for yourself is also an experiment. The experiment lies in overcoming the learned distinction between job stress, everyday life etc. and so-called free time for the search for balance, clarity and peace.
The relaxing effect of the experiment is that a Kundalini yoga session always consists of these parts: Warm-up exercises (e.g. through free dancing), tuning in with mantras, a defined sequence of physical postures ("asanas" & "pranayamas"), meditation ("dhyana"), long deep relaxation ("shavasana") and tuning out with mantras.
I invite you to practise continuously: Your path to resilience & independence ( ... from what, you decide :-).
