We offer on 2. floors,, cardio training, strength training, hydraulic circuit training, chip-controlled strength and endurance training, vibration training, courses, hydrojet massage couch, Kurodo massage chair with various massage programs, Ballancer lymphatic massages, Extrafit stretching and fascia circuit in beautiful light-flooded rooms. You can also relax in our sauna with a rest area and outdoor terrace after your workout. As a health provider, we also offer rehabilitation sports courses and prevention courses according to §20, which are reimbursed by health insurance companies up to 100%.

Before training, each member receives an Inbody analysis (composition of the body in terms of muscle, water, fat) and a Velio test, where we can analyze your body in detail (strength, endurance, reaction, mobility, cognitive abilities) and compensate deficits and imbalances with an individual training.

To gain access to the studio, you must purchase a one-time transponder for €10 at the beginning; you can then use it to enter the studio during our opening hours after checking in with the QR code. The transponder also allows you to lock the lockers in the changing room and use the showers.
