OMlineYoga

We, Alina Bethge and Julia Philipp, opened the OMlineYoga studio in Bad Lauterberg in the Harz Mountains in March 2024. We are very happy that we have been accompanied by many yogis since then, who are part of our continuous development.

Whether you are just starting out, have some experience or are already advanced, you are very welcome here. True to the motto everything can, nothing must, we will accompany you on your yoga path and look forward to welcoming you to the mat.

We offer professional, themed yoga classes, accompanied by high-quality, natural essential oils, a balanced mix of traditional hatha yoga and modern styles, expert guidance through meditation, pranayama and relaxation techniques. Enjoy an all-round pleasant and yogic atmosphere with us.

Our yoga sequences are suitable for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), as we respond to your individual needs and adapt asanas accordingly if you have any restrictions.
