CrossFit Nordheide is the first and only CrossFit box in Buchholz in der Nordheide. We offer professionally supervised training in small groups on 200 m² of training space. Our offer is aimed at all performance levels - from beginners to experienced athletes. We combine strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility in varied workouts that are individually scalable. Our licensed trainers will accompany you on your way to greater fitness and well-being.
We are also an official HYROX Training Club and offer special HYROX courses in which you can prepare specifically for HYROX competitions or improve your performance in this area.
