Our class schedule offers a wide variety of options that meet you exactly where you are right now—from dynamic and powerful Hatha yoga classes to gentle and meditative ones, as well as restorative Yin yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, yoga for absolute beginners, and Pilates.
Our wish is for you to feel comfortable and be able to fully immerse yourself, so you can focus your awareness on the most precious moment there is: the here and now.
