A training orientation is required at the start. This is included with a valid Hansefit orientation voucher; otherwise, there is a one-time fee of €59.50.
For training with the electronic circuit training equipment, a heart rate monitor and a training wristband must be purchased separately.
Courses require advance registration and payment. Entry is only possible at the beginning of a new course block or, if space is available and the participant has the necessary experience, after consultation.
