Check-in & Access
In order to start your training with us, please make your first appointment by phone. At this appointment we will discuss a detailed medical history and then create a customized training plan for you.
On the day of instruction you will have a one-time cost of 20€ in our studio. 5€ for your own LadyFit21 drink bottle and 15€ for your transponder bracelet. This enables you to use our studio without any problems! Because with the bottle you use our mineral drink bar for free and with your transponder you check in in our studio in addition to your Hansefit check-in and enable you the, activation to it and lock among other things your locker room pint with it.
