Urban Heroes is your premium fitness boutique in a central location with a 5* service in the heart of the city.
You can expect:
A unique High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT classes) - for optimal training results and increased effectiveness.
HIIT courses:
A combination of targeted endurance and strength training, where you alternate between treadmill and floor while professional trainers push you through your workout!
You burn up to 1,000 calories per session and train in a cool nightclub atmosphere: pulsating beats and a sophisticated lighting concept accompany your workout.
From beginner to super-hero level, all heroes are welcome here!

Just a few steps to become part of the community:

1) Download the "Urban Heroes" APP from the Apple Store or Google Play Store
2) Create your own "Urban Heroes" profile in the APP, please fill in all information correctly and accept the terms and conditions (if information is missing, the profile will not be transferred to our system and profiles can be blocked if incorrect information is provided)
3) Check your emails and confirm the link sent to you
4) Please accept in the APP that you would like to receive booking messages so that course confirmations can be sent to you, otherwise you will not receive any information.
5) Send your HANSEFIT customer number by email to
hansefit.frankfurt@urbanheroes.com or hansefit.hamburg@urbanheroes.com.
Your account will be activated within 48 hours and you can then
see, book and manage the courses directly in the Urban Heroes APP.
ATTENTION: it is essential to enter a means of payment in the APP.
PLEASE NOTE:
The FIRST TIME
20 minutes before the course starts, new customers must be on site so that you can receive your
mandatory safety briefing. For safety and insurance reasons, you will not be allowed to take part in the training without this.
Cancellation:
A session must be changed or canceled in the Urban Heroes app at least 12 hours before the scheduled time or it will be charged. If the class is not canceled in time or you do not show up at all, we will charge a cancellation fee of 20.00 euros.
