We are a 300m ² large individual course studio in the beautiful Ladbergen.we have three approx 75m ² large course rooms in which various courses from indoor cycling to barbell training take place.our current course schedule can be found at www.sportlieferanten.de.Unsere well trained and qualified trainers guarantee you a good training feeling and great results.our equipment is from well-known manufacturers such as: our bikes IC 7 from Life Fitness and Bellicon trampolines of the finest quality.
