Description
With us you get what is probably the fastest workout in the world:
1 x 20 minutes a week is enough!
EMS training is personal training, i.e. maximum 2 trainees : 1 trainer.
You will be given a binding appointment and we will look after you from the moment you enter our studio. We will work out your training goals with you and support you in achieving them.
Thanks to our additional training, we are a Physioscan network partner and can help you with posture problems and the resulting pain with targeted movement exercises. This service can be covered by private health insurance if prescribed by a network orthopaedist.
We look forward to seeing you!
