Our localized cold therapy is applied specifically to one area of the body for 3 minutes. It’s perfect for tension, muscle discomfort, or to support skin health. When used on the face, CryoSpot can stimulate collagen production and provide a fresher, firmer complexion.



🔴 Red Light Therapy
Our high-quality red light system combines visible red light and near-infrared light. The treatment can support cell regeneration, positively influence inflammatory processes, promote skin health, and aid in recovery after physical exertion.



🔥 Infrared Sauna
Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared radiation warms the body directly from the inside out. 🦵 BOA Lymphatic Massage
Gentle pressure stimulates the lymphatic system and helps drain excess fluid. Many customers use this treatment to support recovery, relieve heavy legs, or achieve a lighter feeling in the body.



💧 Dry Floating
Relax in weightlessness—without getting wet at all. You lie on a comfortable membrane above a pleasantly warm 38 °C water basin. A lift gently moves you into the floating position. The warmth, tranquility, and feeling of weightlessness help you let go of stress and completely relax your body and mind.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment begins. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limit and billed to you.

Please note that you can only check in once per day using your membership. If you’d like to enjoy additional treatments on the same day, each additional treatment at the location costs €10. The offers can be combined.
